“Achievement is signalled with happiness”

Getting there, arriving, reaching (indeed, making contact) is signalled with happiness.

For a dynamic biological system (and of which there are trillions) ‘there’ means: a survival capacity increase in its current world.

Since ‘being there’ (here ‘there’ means abiding in an actual world or appearance context) is not possible because appearance (i.e. a world) happens as momentary (i.e. c2, read: c squared) affect (i.e. as an ‘is’ quantum), ‘being there’ cannot provide (i.e. signal) happiness. In short, getting (i.e. becoming) rich (or richer, i.e. winning, etc.,) makes happy. Being (i.e. enstatically)  rich (or a winner etc.,) can’t make happy.

In principle the simplest means of ‘getting there’ is to complete a function (in fact, to make a (differential) point). Any function will do.

Obviously, completing a minuscule or minor function will be signalled with a minuscule or minor happiness signal/symptom, thus happening beneath the awareness threshold. Which means that the intensity of the pleasure or happiness feeling is related to the relative degree of increase in survival capacity.
