‘Concentrate, concentrate, concentrate’

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Satya Sai Baba

Perfect (i.e. 100%, hence exclusive of all else) concentration upon a focus creates the experience of a self as SELF (or God).

About perfection

Any focus will do!

Why?

All foci (for instance, the things of this world, i.e. the next contact) happen as fractal elaborations (or differentiations) of an original, non-elaborated start-up fractal (or algorithm), so the 2500 year old Brhad-aranyaka Upanishad speculated. That fractal (or creation device) is both feeder and fodder.

In other words, the start-up fractal (i.e. the SELF/God) is recovered if and when all localised (i.e. relative, thus non-essential, thus differential re-start) elaborations of the start-up fractal are eliminated (meaning: sacrificed, therefore not a popular option). Concentration (or condensation), meaning eliminating the non-essential from any differential restart recovers the original start-up mode. For, ‘all happen as variations of the one’.

The pantheism of the Upanishads states “You too are Brahman” (to wit, “That art that” or tat tvam asi), albeit relativized. In short, Eliminate the relative and absoluteness (Brahman) is experienced. It’s no big deal, at least not for those with increased mindfulness.
